Peer Support provides essential help, providing a non-judgemental listening ear to those that may be experiencing issues in the workplace. The purpose of the assets for the Women’s Peer Support program is to identify a staff member as a Peer Supporter, and inform other staff members that Peer Support is available to them.
Although the creative work was undertaken for The Royal Women’s Hospital, this Peer Support program identity is also to be adopted by four other organisations. Therefore, whilst leading with the Women’s brand elements and colour palette, the design itself needed the flexibility to be paired with other organisation’s branding.
